Day 1 : Abroad - Delhi
Arrive Delhi, meet assist at airport and transfer to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2 : Delhi - Leh
Early morning connect flight for Leh. On arrival at Leh airport, you will be met by our representative and transfer to Hotel. Complete day for the acclimatization which is 3500 Mts above sea level. In the evening short work around the Leh bazaar Overnight at Hotel

 

 

Day 3 : Leh - Alchi - Lamayuru
Drive 128 kms. (4/5 hrs) to Lamayuru through the picturesque villages on the way. Visit Alchi monastery and by the late lunch time you will arrive Lamayuru. Afternoon visit the most interesting monastery of Ladakh region, known as Lamayuru monastery. Overnight in tents.

 

 

Day 4 : Lamayuru - Prinkitila - Wanla.
After breakfast start trek (3/4 hrs) descending towards the village, cross a stream gentle climb across the mountainside, then a little valley towards the Prinkitila 3750 Mtrs which is crossed after a short climb. Leave towards down a narrow gorge to the village of Shilla. Cross a river on a bridge, then on the right bank to Wanla. Visit the monastery and overnight in tents.

 

 

Day 5 : Wanla - Hinju.
Morning walk along the left bank of the Yapola. For another 2/3 hours trek until reaching the village of Phenjila. Dinner and overnight in tents.

 

 

Day 6 : Hinju - Konzkela - Sumda.
5/6 hrs. After breakfast leave from Hinju and ascending to the main valley. Pass the last mountain pasture(house), then leave one or two valley on the left and climb up the pass. The last third is steep. From the summit of the Konzkela (4950 Mtrs) long descend to pastures, then keep on the left bank along the mountainside. Several good camp sites at the edge of the river. Dinner and overnight stay in tents.

 

 

Day 7 : Sumda - Dundunchenla - Chilling.
After breakfast start trek to Chilling (7/8 hrs).The path becomes more difficult to follow until reaching shelter formed by the rocks. Opposite these small houses, there is a bridge, cross it and start steep ascending towards Dundunchenla (4800 Mtrs) beautiful view can be seen from the pass. Immediately descend and you reach a house high up in the valley and from here the valley gets narrower and narrower until you reach Chilling, which is famous for metals such as copper, tin, silver used for the making of ladles, tchang pots, tea pots etc. Dinner and overnight in tents.

 

 

Day 8 : Chilling - Skiu.
After breakfast trek to Skiu (8/9 hrs). This is a easy and gradual walking with ups and down and arrive in the valley of Markha and then after few hundred meters further will reach Skiu. Overnight in Tents.

 

 

Day 9 : Skiu - Markha
After an early breakfast trek (8 hrs) to Markha. From Skiu, follow a good path on the right bank of Markha where one can find great vegetation. Then cross right bank of river and cross through barren plain and arrive at Chaluk. There after walk along the left bank of river and after another crossing climb towards Markha village. Good camp site beyond the village and near the river. Overnight stay in tent.

 

 

Day 10 : Markha - Tchatchutse.
Breakfast at camp. Trek to Tchatchutse (7/8 Hrs). Start trek towards the main valley on the right bank. The path is sometimes difficult in the river bed and pass the monastery of Humlung. Then carry on trek along the right bank and arrive in Hankar where there are several houses. The path improves and cross a broad valley on the right side. The valley becomes narrow and higher and cross bridges on to the left bank and then reaches Tchatchuste. Overnight stay in tents.

 

 

Day 11 : Tchatchutse - Nimaling (4700 M).
Today is the short trek (3Hrs). Trek starts on good path and several small inclines. The river is rather far to the other side and walk near a small lake, then cross pasture to Nimaling. This is one of most beautiful high valleys in Ladakh dominated by the Kang Yaze. Trek ascent towards other side and gradually reach Nimaling. Overnight stay in tents.

 

 

Day 12 : Nimaling - Kongmarula (5150 M) - Shang
Trek ( 8/9 hrs). Cross the Markha valley and follow long climb along the mountain side, then zig zag road leads towards Kongmarula. Follow steep descent into gorges and then keep walking on the left bank to Chukirmo. Thereafter crossing right and left bank and arrive Shang, a beautiful camp in groves and there is a monastery an hour away from the village. Overnight stay in tents.

 

 

Day 13 : Shang - Hemis - Leh
Morning trek (4 Hrs).to Hemis. The Trek starts from the riverbed, then follow a good path through large blocks and then go left bank. You reach a dusty trail suitable for motor vehicles and then pass a small house and series of Chortens. Leave Martsellang on the right and follow a gently rising trail towards Hemis. Visit Hemis monastery after that drive (2 hrs) towards to Leh via Shey and Thiksey monastery. Arrive Leh and check into hotel. Meals and overnight at hotel.

 

 

Day 14 : Leh
Day at leisure or visit around the local bazaar by foot. Overnight at Hotel

 

 

Day 15 : Leh - Delhi - Abroad
After an early breakfast transfer to the airport to connect flight for Delhi. Arrive Delhi and start city tour of Delhi. Evening in time transfer to International airport to board flight for onward destination.
